Delivery Policy

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., custom sizes, specialized bulk orders) may require an additional 3–5 working days for production.

• Inside Dhaka: Delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
• Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Delivered within 2 to 5 working days via our trusted courier and logistics partners.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, volume, and delivery destination.
• Free delivery promotions may apply to select orders or total cart value thresholds.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your tracking reference and courier details to monitor the real-time delivery status.

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice severe external damage, please take photos and inform the delivery personnel and our customer support team immediately.
